Access to events at the Monterey Beach House will be available two (2) hours prior to your event start time for a Ceremony & Reception and one (1) hour prior for Ceremony. Access for Grapes of Wrath Events is dependent on permitting accessibility.  Please speak with the venue directly for access information.

A room diagram is available upon request.

Should you require a rehearsal, it will be scheduled with your wedding officiate.

If you have assigned seating, all place cards used for event must be placed by group contact.  Your seating chart information must be provided to Central Coast Events no less than (5) five days prior to event.

We may at any time upgrade or replace equipment/décor.

Monterey Beach House Events: Please note that Del Monte Beach is a public beach. Monterey Beach House cannot control access to the beach. Central Coast Events handles all beach permits required by the City of Monterey and will guarantee your space directly in front of the Monterey Beach House.

Central Coast Events is not responsible for setup of any décor. All décor should be completed by florist, decorator, friend, etc.  All supplies required (scissors, tape, etc) should be brought and supplied by the group.  No confetti, birdseed, rice or silk flowers sparklers or fireworks are permitted on the beach. All items must be removed at the end of the event. Central Coast Events is not responsible for any items left behind.

Existing Décor may not be removed without the consent of the Manager or Monitor. Additional event décor is welcome. No permanently affixing items or equipment (i.e. nails, screws, glue, etc.) is permitted. We recommend 3M removable adhesive hooks, zip ties and clear fishing line.

All events require a contact or go-to person.  This person should not be the bride or groom or a member of the family or bridal party.  Please discuss with Director of Sales for further information.

Central Coast Events must be notified of all linens, china, flatware, glassware or additional rental décor.  Contact information for all vendors is appreciated.

Outside food is not permitted for events with Central Coast Events, unless written approval is provided by the Sales Director. No food can be removed from the Monterey Beach House.
Your final guest guarantee is due prior to your event and dependent on which division you are booked with. Once set, your guarantee cannot reduce. Guests will be counted again during the event. In the event that your guest count is higher than your latest guarantee, the event manager will notify you in person of the higher count. Your highest guest count will be reflected on your final invoice.
Grapes of Wrath: Your final guest guarantee will be due 10 days prior to your event.
Monterey Beach House: Your final guest guarantee will be due 5 days prior to your event.

One complimentary tasting is offered for contracted wedding events. Central Coast Events holds small group tastings throughout the year.  Contact our Sales Team for available dates.

Central Coast Events, LLC reserves the right to require insurance from client if they incorporate an activity which carries an elevated level of risk to the guests of the event or to the venue.

Deposits are based on contracted venue site rental and food and beverage minimum and due at the signing of the contract. The estimated final balance is due (30) thirty business days prior to the event.
